Spacious & New Guesthouse In Orem/Provo

The whole experience was really really nice from start to finish, totally recommend. That was beautiful hotel set in extra comfy area, really close to the mall as well as restaurants and interstate. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was beautiful, individual. - Private bathroom. - the staff were respectful and amiable.

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying an extra comfy area, just next door to restaurants and interstate, the mall and market place. The rooms were big and had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a microwave and a refrigerator.

The room was beautiful and individual with attached bathroom and private bath, for example. The facilities were great. The staff and the host were all outstandingly helpful.

The room here is quite spacious and very clean, with a cozy couch, a private bathroom, and a super comfortable bed, along with smoke detectors for safety.

The value for money was excellent, and the room wasnice and neat. The location was convenient with a Walmart within walking distance and Costco nearby. The staff, especially Ron, was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and introducing us to the hotel.

The breakfast option could be improved with clearer labeling of items in the fridge and a wider variety of utensils and cookware available in the kitchen.

Stayed here for an extended period, the staff was extremely helpful, room with a very comfortable bed, everything was fantastic.

Cosy double room for one night, had a blast. The location here was spot on 🌟, close to loads of awesome eateries, shops, and a market.

During my recent stay, I found the accommodation to be adequate overall. the location was convenient with easy access to major roads and destinations. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, but lacked small amenities such as hand towels and individual toiletries. the kitchen was available for use, but lacked cookware. the self-serve breakfast provided cereal and hot beverages, which was appreciated. the noise from other tenants was disruptive, even late into the night.

The location of the guesthouse was very convenient and easy to reach. It was also close to a Walmart, which was great for picking up any necessities. The house itself was spacious and clean, giving it a hotel-like feel. I appreciated having access to the kitchen, fridge, and stove, as it made my stay more comfortable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The mattress in my room was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We received an email with our room number and a code to access the front door, making us feel like we were staying in our own home. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we hardly noticed the presence of other guests. It was a comfortable and respectful environment.
